lobster fingers

so today
ze rong wanted to go fc 1
he was desperate
cause the scenery is fantastic

so went to fc 1
bought 2 chicken and egg bowls
haha...i know i got a big appetite
was about 4mths since i last went there

well
had a mango with watermelon and milk juice
damn shiok!!!

can find lots of slopers...
sometimes you feel like pinching...

so overall was a good day...
had training
did more to the endurance side
now my fingers are pink like lobster..
still not use to the stress...

so sad...
tomorrow cannot climb
cause my sister sick
so must do her chores
mop the floor...sian har
