can relak and breathe normally again

the finals was awesome
fri didn't sleep at all
wif hans all night
started off wif intermediate finals and open quliafiers
lenny got 2nd
so shack

then
its was the novice and open finals
so hans and eugene and carene and jinli got into the top 3
while i'm like 7th...haha
so freaking screwed

jus not enough endurance to go thru all the way
punctured halfway
haha
then wanwan ...put up a superb performance
got 3rd for open
the route were super nuts
then ended the day by packing up stuff and going back to the gym
